The 1,100 sf addition to a 3,000 sf residence in Denver’s historic Congress Park neighborhood was designed to compliment the craftsman style of the existing structure. Work Included a new kitchen, children’s study area, mud room and second floor master suite. The new spaces were designed to have minimal impact on the formal living spaces of the existing home, and all interior and exterior finishes were selected to match the original detailing.
